Sleep more!

A large percentage of my clients fall asleep during a session.  In a one-hour reflexology session, a client might be able to rest uninterrupted and begin the experience some of the benefits of a peaceful sleep (as described in this article):
* slow deep breathing
* brain activity for memory, thought processes
* stress hormone levels drop, replaced by growth hormones for cell repair
* immune system works to kill infection, cancer, etc
* decline in blood pressure
