Yoga Foot Power

I was at yoga class this morning and was really building strength in my feet.  Next time you do a standing pose in yoga, really think about your feet.  Are the arches pulled up? Don’t let your ankle collapse inward.  Is weight evenly spread into all four corners of your foot? Are you using the width and strength of your toes?  Here is a good video with pointers for a great Mountain Pose. Give it a shot.
