My acupuncturist suggested I do this set of 8 qigong moves daily, and it was such a lovely experience that I thought I would share. It's called the Eight Treasures and is said to stimulate all the energy meridians in the body. Pretty good for just 12 minutes a day.
What's the advice I most often give to clients? Get a tennis ball! they are great for gently rolling under the arch of your foot after a long day standing or walking. They can even make great back and shoulder self-massage. Hooray for $2 pain relief!
