In yoga class we used to say this to close a session: "Thank you to all teachers, past and present, who kept this practice alive." I've always loved feeling connected to that massive lineage. Even when I'm alone on my mat, I still end with this phrase, and I often finish reflexology sessions for my clients with the same silent prayer. Today I'm thinking of all the teachers who kept reflexology alive: the first teachers, the teachers who kept going when very few people knew ab
